Today, December 27,2009. I will finish reading Plum Pudding Murder by Joanne Fluke. If you have not read any of her books, please check them out. The recipes included in the storyline are delicious too. I made Chocolate Chip Pretzel Cookies on Friday and they were quite easy and very flavorful. I am going to try the recipe for Pork and Beans Bread soon!! The murder/mystery book is a very easy read and you can check out the author on the website, www.murdershebaked.com . We went to The Grotto on December 23, and the light festival was beautiful there also. The Grotto is a beautifully serene place to go any time of year, we went last summer and will go in the spring when more of the Rhododendroms are in bloom.
I must make note, the interest in doing a blog came from watching the movie, Julie & Julia. I will make the best attempt to blog as regularly as possible.
We watched the movie Blind Side with Sandra Bullock and Tim Magraw tonight, excellent movie.
Tomorrow I will commit to my new fitness program!!!
